A great man, certainly fit to lead such a great nation!
The Rt Hon. Premier Mr. Lucien Bouchard is a man of
real greatness as he has a generous spirit. He'd make
an ideal Président de la République for an independent Québec which would be welcome to join the European Union (through France) to ensure its survival as a peoples.  Québec must retain its European demographic character
in order to survive! (So Québec must now, simply assert
independence!)

It is our position that the former territories of Newfoundland, 
New Brunwsick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island be ceded to 
Québec in order to make a merited and significant entry into the EU for 
an independent (France constitution linked) nation of Québec.
